Nonprofit Program Overview

Hacienda CDC IDA program provides a number of services en route to home ownership, helping first-time home buyers make what could be the biggest purchase of their life. We offer the IDA (Individual Development Account) program to assist you to build a savings that is matched 3 to 1. We also provide down payment assistance to those who qualify in Multnomah County. Selected participants will be required to attend home buyer education classes, and work with bilingual, HUD certified staff who will follow you through the buying process. Individual Development Accounts are made possible by the State of Oregon to help first-time home buyers save money towards their down payment.
