Medical Worker Flex (Neighborhood Champion)- Detail Verified 06/14/10 Last Updated 01/06/10 is a program designed to help full-time medical workers qualify for a loan with 3% down payment. Program also includes an Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance policy. This program is available Nationwide.

The application fee is $ 50.


Who is eligible for this program?


This program is available to full-time medical professional including, but not limited to, nurses, nursing assistants, medical technicians, dental assistants, pharmacy assistants, or employees of hospitals, nursing facilities, or doctors' offices.

This program is available Nationwide.



Allowable property types: No 3 or 4 units or hotels. Does include condos.


Benefit Details


Borrower is required to contribute 1% of the purchase price. The remaining down payment or closing cost may come from a gift or other sources. These loans have conforming limits in all states and Washington D.C. the program has increased loan limits in eligible high cost areas to make homeownerhip more attainable.

Benefit: 3% down payment if below 80% of HUD adjusted median income limits. 10% down if above.
